There are serious managment problems going on here. Exterior repainting has been in process for over 5 months while residents are not allowed to put anything outside. Problems with neighbors who use drugs, and commit violent offenses, as well as the possibility that they burned down their last residence. Management promised to evict trouble makers and clean up -- but did nothing to make any changes.
