Yes it is pretty cheap rent but I am moving as soon as I can! We hear loud music day and night. One of our neighbors smokes and I have asthma and the management says that they can't do anything about it even though they ask if you smoke on the rent and your health conditions. Don't you think it would have been smart not to move a smoker next door to someone who has asthma' An old lady by the management office is on oxygen and still smokes and the office knows about it but doesn't do anything about it! My shower sprays so hard it hurts to take a shower but when I talked to the head maintenance guy he said to turn down the water... is it just me or why should you have to turn down the water so it is freezing ass cold' It is like teen city around the place... I have had to call the cops multiple times on the loud music coming from the kids listening to their cd players at 2 am. They have also almost set the place on fire by trying to light each other with a burning shirt that they sprayed cologne on. The trash is always overflowing and there is no reserve parking and so I end up having to park at another building to get a parking space. They say that they tow if your not suppose to be there but I have never once seen a tow truck. I recommend just having one reserved parking space per apartment so if they have groceries the ice cream doesn't melt before they get it in the apartment. One morning I was awoken to a car running into one of the poles on the apartment building. He had gone in reverse and gone up two flights of stairs and was finally stopped by a pole before he ran into any of the apartment building. They had to have been drunk or on some kind of drug to pull that one off! Several cars have been broken into and the cops have been called to the apartment so many times they must have the management on speed dial. Now the apartment is under new management and the manager is never there. The manager before Christy was very good and got things done. She even lived in the apartment complex and would help out any time of day or night. But now not even the office is open on I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone and would recommend splurging to extra 200 bucks and moving into an apartment without the problems!

due to this and other reviews i will not be looking at this complex any further, however, this: "One of our neighbors smokes and I have asthma and the management says that they can't do anything about it even though they ask if you smoke on the rent and your health conditions." is unnecessary. The management is correct, they can do nothing about because if they did, discriminatory actions could and should be filed against the complex. In the state of Texas, it is not illegal for one to smoke inside one's home/apartment. Please, in the future, please refrain from complaining about a property just due to smokers on premises. Your notes on the lack of safety and security were enough.
