Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
yes. there is loud music (day - time)
yes. the parking could get pretty packed (weekend - night)
yes. the back-yard/park is full of dog poop (but they usually clean it up or they put a notice on the tenant's door as a warning)
but i don't find anything to bad about it. the landscaping is well-kept. the maintenece guy always does a wonderful job and he comes within a day or two (once we asked the front office). The office staff are sweet-hearts and my neighboors are friendly.
