WOW, its hard to even express the past ten months.
well, at the beginning, it was my first apt, so i was
excited. now at the end of my lease, im VERY glad it is over.
i did expeirence alot of problems here and there.
id have to say the most serious one, was when the step
broke and i fell thru it... yeah thats right,
the step came out from under me. those things are
supposed to be sturdy enough to hold people who are
moving furniture and everything. They VERY badly welded the step
back, and the rest all creek very very loud. you never know
when another one could break. im glad it was not a pregnant
lady, or someone moving furniture, they would have taken the
matter alot futher than i have. We had a ceiling fan break.
one of the blades, just broke off. The rent amount isnt bad at all.
we paid a very good amount for a 3 bedroom. but ill just lett you know,
you are definitely getting what you pay for AND NOTHING MORE. the management
is something else, they are very rude. i would have to say thats one of the worse things about this complex. the manager called my roommate a ----- to my face. that is just unacceptable. any paying renter shouldnt be called names or put down. but they just dont care about anything but getting their money. and yeah, people hang out in the parking lot 24/7. there is no getting away from that. this would make a very good first apt, for teenagers and new couples. but i warn you. DO not NOT NOT, move your family in here you will regret it. thats a promise.

I don't know where this lady lives but she certainly doesn't live at the same Holiday Park Apts.where I live. I have lived here for several years and gone through owner and manager changes. In any complex, especially one this age, there will be problems, but my prolems are always taken care of within 24 hours. The manager (I don't know how to spell her name) is always professional, attentive and courteous. I will live here as long as the complex is here.

This property is great, i've lived here for about 1 year and counting and I would recomend this place to anybody. The management is Awesome and very friendly and, of course, respectful. If I have any problems with anything they are there to help. So before you let decide to look anywhere else don't let this review scare you off you decide for yourself and experience the greatness and friendliness of holiday park.

Been here for a yr & half, and its been wonderful. Management is professional and friendly. The property is very quiet, never had any problems with neighbors or noise. Anytime we used the pool, there was never more than 1 person there. Lots of trees, and very well kept grounds.My apartment unit was in great shape, and I have not had any issues to speak of.
