REPETATIVE SEWER BACKUPS OUT INTO THE PARKING LOT TISSUE PAPER AND FECES, I EVEN SAW MAINTENANCE SWEEPING IT INTO A STORM DRAIN. AC DOESNT COOL EFFICIENTLY SO PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN IT UPON THEMSELVES TO INSTALL WINDOW UNITS, THEN THEY WERE THREATENED WITH A 50.00 INCREASE ON THEIR RENT, THEN THE AC WENT OUT ALL TOGETHER, WE HAVE TO KEEP OUR WINDOWS SHUT TO KEEP CRIME OUT AND PROPTECT OUT BELONGINGS, SO WE HAVE TO RELY ON FANS. SOME PEOPLE COULDNT AFFORD FANS SO JUST SUFFERED IN SILENCE.PEOPLE ARE NOISY, THEIR KIDS PLAY IN COURT YARDS LATE,NO CURFEW ENFORCED, THEY RUN UP AND DOWN STAIRS, DAMN -------- HAVE NO RESPECT FOR WORKING CLASS PEOPLE. NO WINDOWS SCREENS TO OPEN WINDOWS WHEN WE ARE HOME. HOT WATER IS OFF ATLEAST 4 TIMES A MONTH FOR REPAIRS. Prostitution,drug sales are everywhere, a 13 yr old girl was kidnapped by her neighborhor[ a mexican illegal]. Unless you are totally distatute and about to start living out of your car stay away from this rat,roach,infested so called apts. Manager neglected to provide me with parking sticker and car was towed away, they didnt charge me to retrieve car but it overheated on way home and was towed home at 75.00
