we have lived here since march and have had no problems. when we have called in a work order it's always been taken care of by no later than the next day. neighbors are quiet and barely any "traffic" noise from passing cars at night. Pools are kept very clean as are the grounds. management can be rude but not all the time. the only bad thing for me is the laundry facilities. most of the washers and dryers do not work which means a trip into town to do laundry.
