I have lived here for a little under a year. It has some very good and very bad points. We had a bad ant problem when we moved in due to a broken threshold on our patio door. We have mentioned it several times but it's still not fixed. We did get the ants under control though.
To get things fixed you have to ask a LOT. There is only one maintenance guy and of course he is taking care of emergencies first.
The apartment itself is fairly large and comfortable and we never have a problem finding parking for ourselves and guests.
Our utilities (water and electric) are fairly reasonable.
DSL is not available so you have to rely on cable or dial up for internet here.
We apparently just got new management and someone came in and said everything would be fixed soon. They made a big list of things we had problems with but we haven't heard anything more.
I would recommend trying to get into one of the remodeled apartments or the newer ones far back from the office. The ones right up by the office are ok, but like ours, have older appliances. They work, but they have weird quirks which can be kind of annoying.

For the price you get a good sized apartment though and you're only about 20 minutes from downtown. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
