Good and Bad

I've lived here for a little over a year. First I moved in it was alright, but when I had a problem with ants and stuff, they said "You need to find the source of the problem before we can help you out." The management is rude and never very nice over the phone about billing and or anything that would result in you winning the situation. I had to call 12 times to get a door for my washer and dryer, and by the time I moved out, never had a door on the W/D area.
