I have been living in Lake Colony Apartments for 8 months. I have a 3 year old son and I have enjoyed my stay. The maintance is great and has good turn around. The apartments are well kept up and the office staff are extremely nice! They are also very willing to work with you. The only thing I would suggest needing work is the mail center, trouble getting your mail out. Other than that very happy with the over all apartment!!
