i moved into lake colony to escape the frequent boomboxes and the kind of neighbors that hang out in the parking lot all hours of the night. it's very quiet here,because management enforces the rules.also,the grounds are almost always clean and void of trash. the courtesy officer patrols the gtounds at night and makes sure nobody's loitering(hanging out).That in itself,makes the complex a nice to place to live in. it makes one feel safe to come and go at night,not having to pass groups of people just lounging around in the parking lot by their vehicles. if you're looking to move into a complex wherein it's acceptable to party with all your friends with the volume cranked up or a place where you can hang out in the parking lot with the "buddies" late at night,don't move here to lake colony. it's quiet and peaceful and clean and the office supports and enforces those things...thank god. wish i'd have found this place years ago.
