The Lakeways are owned by Simpson Housing and all I can say about the professionalism of the staff is REAL SPECIAL! They lose my rent twice and this is after I wrote a check twice for rent and was given a written reciept. They were so rude about the situation. I put up with the run down apartment that leaked every time it rained and the constant ignorace of my work order request. Losing rent, that I will not put up with ever. I liked my apt. cause it was by the lake. Management needs improvment.
