Pool Orgy's, Kids Running around and Stuff Getting Stolen, Simply Paradise

There are a lot of unattended kids, their were pool orgy's in 2007 and my neighbor below got his door kicked in and TV and playstation stolen. I loved my lesibian neigbors they were wonderful and the skinny one is hot as balls! But it was hard to explain to my kids why they were making out in the pool. Oh yeah which brings me to my orgy loving bar tender neighbors above. I have them to thank for the beer cans and "stuff" floating around in the pool after the midnight sex parties with 30 of their friends. Living there 6 months, I heard my poor neighbor below me get his place broken into, but just like the rest of the noise, I thought it was normal.
Other then that, I really like the drunks that stagger around the place in the evenings. Not a lot of --------- or ------ in my building (not that I am racist) but I have been near apts where the white population is very low. This one is pretty average. For the price it was a great apt. There is a big fied near by, your next to bass pro and a gas station and beer store, sonic etc...For the most part, maint did a good job, the kitchen was clean and all the appliances worked good.
Management is ok, new sales chick is hot as balls! They get to requests fairly quickly and they seem somewhat interested when you call. Parking was pretty good.
I would rate it C- There were worse places around but for the money and location its a fair deal.

Yes admittedly there were always people making out and getting freaky in the pool... although i never saw any actual sex or orgies, hopefully you weren't the annoying people overlooking the pool though... they always starred at everyone and nearly everyone at the pool would laugh and make fun of them every time we were there! :)
