I have been here for a while and I regret every day! Maintenance is AWFUL! The carpet is beyond bad with no hope of getting it replaced. Appliances - let's just say I'm glad I don't have to prepare gourmet meals. Dishwasher has NEVER worked right despite repeated calls. A/C pan is going to fall on me one day while I'm in the shower. Apparently there is NO insulation - utility bills are ridiculous! There is a MAJOR water leak on my end of the bldg. - water bill averages $100.00/month. Office says "they raised the rates" - NO WAY they raised them that much! Rent is WAY too much compared to other properties in the area and trust me - the aren't all that!
