Overall i've had a generally good experience. They've been very responsive to any request I've had, which there have been many, except for window screens which I have been trying to get since the day we moved in over a year ago. The neighbors seem nice and I have not had major problems with any of them (a lot of them have way too many people living in them), except I was robbed once. All that was stolen was alcohol and a few decorative swords, so I'm sure it was just kids. The complex seems to be going downhill, especially in light of george bush freeway possibly running straight through the complex, but my experience was not bad.
