I would have to say i have been living in this apartment complex for going on a year and a half. The maintenace was gret at the beginging,got use to the same guy whowas vrynice but now they have eveytime an unfamiliar face and every single one of them are rude. Have had ant problems the whole time and it takes forever for them to respond to a work order. They lie to you when you ask if they spray the landscape they don't the ants are within the foundation. so they would have to spray also in the attic and all over the landscape. Lizards everywhere. The insaltion is not that great. only time it is desent is during the night. Too many unattended children so there is quite of bit vadlizim. It has its moments of being noisey but it always has around late at night tires sqeeling and people shoting off firecrackers at night. everyonce in a while you will hear gunfire. And the parking sucks peoples friends will park in the residents parking and make it difficult for others who need to be close to the building it is impossible. the staff is snooty the manager is the only one that is actualy nice all of the time and will work with you. ifelt comfortable living here and safe but now i am not so sure I had to call the police on mutiple occations.
