I wish I would of known the things about this apartment that I know now. Moving there was the worst mistake of my life. The office staff is just rude, all they care about is getting rent every month. I have a friend who lives in the complex and they sent her a notice for .2 cents!!!!!! Is that not crazy'!'!'! My aparment was broken into (the back door was kicked in) and they were trying to make me pay for it. Thank god I had a police report. My apartment flooded, and they didn't want to replace the carpet after the maintance man samshed paint and crayons into the carpet from trying to soak up the water. The manager said it didn't need to be replaced. But now they sure are charging me for it. They are just a bunch of crooks. When I first moved in a bunch of the staff went through the apartment next to mine and went through their stuff, as if it were a garage sale. Only the tenants didn't know it was going on unitl they came back, and got the hell out of there. I know its CHEAP to live there, but you always get what you pay for. Re-think your decision.

This person is soooo right!!! It is a cheap place to live but you get what you pay for. Its not safe. Almost the same thing happend to my sister...her apt was broken in to too and they didn't replace the door or the carpet. And the wall was filled with mildew and all they did was spray some bleach on it and called it a day. I had a review posted that you should read. I posted it today 05/21/2009. This place it terrible!!!
