We moved in here after we got married.. when we looked at the apt, we told the lady some things that needed to be fixed she said not a problem they were not done fixing it up... When we moved in NOTHING was done. our fridge seal was broke and we reported thsi to the office and maintenence would come over for 5 minustes and leave saying it was all fine. One time I was asleep and maintence just walked in without knocking I jumped up and said hello and looked over our balcony and saw the guy looking at me and then he ran out when i reported this to them nothing was done when they would come over they never left notices in our apt saying they were there... The office staff was very rude on one occasion I went in to pay my rent and report the fridge to them and the asst mgr said I know who you are and your a b**ch...
When this was reported to the mgr again nothing was done I then went to property management company Simpson property group and again NOTHING was done... they were very expensive a loft apt was $800 a mnth and our neoghbors were druggies and constantly had the police there and they were constantly arguing outside at 2 am again nothing was done about this...
Very upset and couldnt wait to get out there!!!!!! I SUGGEST NO ONE TO EVER LIVE AT THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!
Parking they told us there was plenty of parking spaces but everynight I would have to park 3 bldgs away! and people there had Pit bulls running around at night and they would growl at us...

Do not let this fool you. Parking is EXCELLENT! I have never seen a dog running around unattended. If you agreed to pay $800.00 then you must have been ok with it. Why complain now? I have never seen the police here for drugs or anything else. You should have locked your doors. It sounds like you are just careless and imature. i hope you are happy wherever you may be. The staff here are great and the place is very affordable and well kept. Overall, it sounds like you need to grow up!
