my family and i lived here for about two years. nothing really wrong ever happened to us or our neighbors. there are only a couple of things we disliked, but overall, we weren't unhappy. we were supposed to pay an extra $50/mo security deposit for six months, for credit reasons, which they never stopped charging us, but that and the constant ants were the only problems. maybe they changed their ways over the years, b/cause they were actually quite helpful. even after we were supposed to move out, they allowed us to stay on a month or so at the same rent rate. the office lady we worked with even offered any apt search help she could offer. the only other bad thing is the dogs that were never cleaned up after. but they never ran around unattended. only poop left over. they always tried to fix any problems, even hiring a plumbing crew to fix our bathroom. the ants, however, were a different situation. they only offered us bait traps, which never really helped. everything else was actually pleasant. we were just tired of being on the third floor!! but hey, it really wasn't a bad place to live for a couple of years.
