horrible customer service, what more can i say. management has changed more than three times in the past year and no one is consistant. i was told three different things from all three managers about policies, etc. concerning my lease agreement.
i NEVER could get a current answer, it was always changing.
maintenance was terrible...
i had a fireplace that didn't have a working flute so that allowed birds to fly in my apartment at all hours of the day and night. i complained to the office many time, but of course, no response. just an "ok". and usually when i would walk over there to talk to someone, they were "out to luch". boy, they sure ate a lot.

i would never recommend this community to anyone!
