Had two incidents while at home of someone trying to come through front door. Luckily, had the deadbolt in. Called office and the discarded my concerns. People making noise all night long, fighting and yelling all the time in the parking lots. Staff is inconsistent and uneducated about what all the fees, deposits, etc. are. Made a mistake on my lease and had to have it fixed. Staff doesn't like people bothering them with any problems. Bugs, especially ants, everywhere!!! Called the office several times to have exterminated and was told had to wait til bug guy came out but I demanded someone come out that day and it bothered the staff that I was so pushy. When you have children, it's important that ants and cockroaches be taken care of immediately.

Terrible service all around.
