We sent many letters complaining of a sewer stench, then finally couldn't stand it anymore and moved out two days before the sewer backed up into the entire apartment. Lucky us! Now we're being chased for money they think we owe them. Management sucks and my mom's car was stolen. Apartments across the street are section 8 and living right on 30 makes for a quick getaway for thieves. There were ants, mice, and I found a crack pipe outside my back door one day. There are so many other places to live...you'd have to be a serious masochist to move in here! Don't do it!
