I am just riding out my lease. Nothing EVER gets repaired without MULTIPLE requests. Manager and maintance supervisor could care less; both must get a bonus if mainatance costs are kept low. Complex has had a huge amount of move outs lately because of crime and management attitude. Units are OLD with very few updates. A/C units are way past their prime; expect HUGE electric bills.

I know EXACTLY what you mean...my family and I moved out before our lease was up because of sewage issues. I had a newborn baby and there was no way I was keeping him in that nasty place. Of course it's on our credit report now, even though we also made MANY maintenance requests. The day after we moved out the place flooded with sewage. I think it was worth the bad credit. I wish we could let more people know how incredibly awful this place is.

I lived there over 10 years ago and it was pretty ghetto, I can only imagine how it must be by now! I concur with everyone else, everyone STAY AWAY! you'll regret living in this dump. If I hadn't stayed gone so much I would have never made it a year and a half there like I did.

You guys must have had bad luck! My neighbor and I have lived here for over 14 years and we will never leave. The staff of Lakeway Meadows has always taken great care of us. They have redone alot of things around here. I use my a/c and heater alot and my bill has always been under $100. I have lived in alot of places and always left after the first lease, and now after 14 lease agreements I am still here. Some people are just ment to have houses.
