I just recently moved in, and like the poster before me was VERY excited. The apartments were very large and seemed to be fairly nice for the price. Upon move in the office staff screwed me out of roughly $100, and told me it was my fault. Secondly, the maintenance staff/response/lack thereof is ridiculous. Have mold in my carpet....Waited over 2 weeks to have someone come 'clean' it. When they did clean it the carpet was mold stained. It's been a week since, and I'm still waiting to see whats going to be done. Called staff many times about this, and they treat me as if I'm hassling them. I'm logging all my calls, taking photos when needed, and trying to record as much of my dealings with them as possible.
Will be calling the Code Compliance company here very shortly if something isn't done to remedy this issue.
Don't waste your money, or time here. Not worth the hassle you'll probably recieve.
