In the 3 years I have lived in my apartment it has flooded due to excessive rain, flooded due to sewer blockage ( yes it was nasty and 4 bottom floor apartment affected), flooded due to second floor neighbor. It took 2 requests to get my ceiling fan fixed.Three request to have the spot light over the bar replaced. Three requests and six months to have the spot light in the living room replaced. The dishwasher does not clean and this was reported but nothing done. Was accused of not paying additional rent for the washer and dryer that I OWN. They entered my apt twice while I was away at work to inspect my mustard yellow dryer and 10 year old washer. I reported brown water stains in the foyer and they were never investigated. I had to disinfect a mirror due green mold growning on it due to the mysterious moisture in the foyer. Took them 3 years to stop the leaking roof in my bathroom. They painted over the black mold in there which was a result of the leak. I have finally had enough and am leaving.
