Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
I cant say anything really bad about these apt. everytime I call maintance they are there with 24 hours. I have had a few things break but they have always been replaced. They are older apt so I dont think you can expect everything perfect. I have noticed to the residents do seem to be getting a little more ruff around the edges than they use to be.
