My sister and I were interested in living here, and started the application process. We paid our application fee and started the process. They went back and forth about the paperwork we needed to complete to live here....and in the end with all their stipulations I could not move in. They were not upfront about the documents we needed and actually lied to us about some of them, saying they could work with us. If they tell you this DON'T BELIEVE THEM!!!! They WILL NOT. Even if you go as far as talking to the corporate office, you'll get no where! The old saying the customer is always right goes straight out the window! They will not work with you on ANY LEVEL WITH ANYTHING. Even if you can provide alternate documentation to what they need. In the end I decided I didn't even want to live there after the way I was treated. And I am a medical professional, quite well off, with a good job. It's not like I'm trash walking in off the street! But thats pretty much how they treated me. They refused to refund my application fee, even though the mistake was completely on their side, as they told me they had all the documentation they needed. These people are liars, theives, and very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would recommend walking across the street to Lakeway Meadows. I was treated wonderfully, and had all my paperwork together and was moved in in LESS THAN A WEEK! They have excellent, professional, kind staff. DON'T GO TO TRACE AND PLACE!!! I've been telling all my freinds I'd rather live in the ghetto!
