Nine years here. Great rate, tho some who moved in later than I did recieved lower rates. But then my rate has only been raised twice in 9 years.

Very mixed community as buildings and blocks contain different size units from 1 bedroom to 3 or 4 bedrooms. This leads to areas that are no all families or all singles/students giving more diversity of neighbors.

Sister communities in the area allow extra shared ammenities such as whirlpools/hot tubs in the swimming pool areas, playgrounds, outdoor activity areas and workout centers without the expense at each community.

I believe many the communities in this area of Garland were built as vacation/time-share condominiums in the 1980s and thus may not have as much storage areas as other complexes built for long-term residence. Closets in the bedrooms are shallow from front to back and I have an odd kitchen cabinet that is 3-4 foot deep and only 20 inches wide floor to ceiling. Hard to get to anything stored at the back expecially on the top shelf.
