run like hell,there are multiply car thefts/breakins.drugs,ghetto.lowest quality of renters possible.management is only out for the income generated,and will promise you the moon,and deliver slowly, if at all on all levels.flat roof leak,hot water is heated in boilers and is not enough to meet residents needs. a/c break down regularly.maintenance is not properly trained,and has to perform repeated repairs,he is not trained.85 % residents are illegal alines,who for most part party hardy and is not a family atmosphere. how do i know all of this i use to live there.rental deposits are hardly ever refunded,and are slow to refund if at all. swimming pool not up to code,late to open in season,early to close.windows leaks,moldy,needs caulking.carpets reak of pets.i think you get the picture,this hell hole needs alot of tlc,and repairs that are not being met,because property just barley makes monthly mortage payenst on property,there is nothing left for repairs

I have lived in Little Brook for over 8 years and I have to agree with everything you have said. A few years ago it was nice but we fell in to the wrong hands and now the people that manage this property now tell you lies. they don't want to take care of anything. I would like to talk to the owners and let them know what is going on.

I want the name of the owners to this apartment complex. I am going to file a law suit against the property for vandalism, public intoxication, noise pollution and the residents being a nuisance.
