low rent

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
The rent is low and affordable. There were not to many problems that I found while living there.. it was fairly quite and clean.
Maintenance staff was not the best- they seemed to rig things and/or use inadequate parts when fixing things- perhaps a management budget problem. But over all not too bad of a place for the money.
