The only reason I have stayed at the property as long as I have is because of the school my son attends.
As far as the property. Today is Saturday and the property has been without hot water for a week. They have been patching up a boiler for three years now, if not longer instead of replacing it. Now that it is cold outside, the boiler is completely gone out. The property manager is out of town. I had to call the health department for help.
I stop counting managers after 15. 15 or more managers in six years....no stability.
I hate for my son to have to suffer, but I can't take this anymore.

What is going on? I just got back in town and found out that Aletha the best property manager out of 16 managers is gone. Why, at least she was a caring manager. We already have to continue to go without hot water because of the boiler system that you guys keep patching up.WARNING Do not get trapped in moving to these raggety apartments!!!!!!!!!!
