Even though I've only lived here for 7 months, I'd give this property a A .
Moved out because of change jobs. I would have stayed here longer if the new job isn't that far from here.

Parking is getting worse as more people moved in to the complex (it was better 7 months ago). But it's not really bad compare with many other complex in Dallas. It's safe to walk at night, as I never have the problem here.

Laundry is a bit far from complex and much smaller (4 units for entire complex). closing at 10pm probably an issue for me as I do most of my laundry at night.

Mailbox has the same problem as the laundry which locks at 10pm. Large mailboxes shared among the tenants is a plus. Not a lot of complex offers larger mailboxes for packages like peachtree.

Ammendies: Small pool/no fitness center. So if you are in desire of pool or fitness center, probably this is not a place for you. Large meeting room with large screen TV. Good if you need to host a party occasionally.

Ground is always clean. Peachtree Square has a person to pick up trashes everyday (hehehe... I always see him working/picking up the trash, when I went to work in the morning at Peachtree).

Maintainence are always ontime. There were only one occasion they could not fix my blind and I had to call again to have them fix it again.

Office people are extremely nice. They are the best I've seen for the past 8 years I lived/rent in States. Soon after I moved out I realized that I left something in the apt. I just called the office and they went thru my old apt and place everything in a big bag for me to pick up. I would give my thumbs up for Peachtree square management team and thank you for everything.

Overall, if you want to live in a safe area, roomy, this is the place you should go.
