I lived @ Peachtree from June 2004-2005. with the help of Mindy and Tricia. Peachtree is very well kept, quiet & maintenance is quick to respond to issues big or small. One of multiple things that really impressed me was a time I requested the Ofc Mgr Toni to look into installing additional lighting outside my building that faces the parking area (as I felt it was a safety issue since it was pretty dark when I would leave in the mornings). Toni said, that given the years the apts have existed w/no complaints about parking lot lighting and the fact that no one had ever mentioned it or complained about it she felt that my request would probably be declined by her upper manangement. I want to say within a week or so, "THERE WAS LIGHT!" I pulled in from work one day, parked and just before I got out of my car -- it was there. I sat staring at it and thinking, "wow" she not only listened but she reacted and resolved something that bothered me.Very Impressive.
Another time was when I had to move due to personal reasons and break my lease. I spoke w/Sheila who was really sweet and not only did they keep their friendly smiles and demeanor, they provided a breakdown of what I owed and allowed me to pay it out. I hope to be returning very soon. I would definitely recommend PeachTree to everyone!
