Not Bad - Good Place to Stay for a short period

I moved to Peachtree based on the good reviews and they haven't been wrong. It's VERY quiet and safe here. My complaints would be that its quite dated - the appliances are old and the A/C is a dinosaur which causes extremely high electricity bills. Also the venting system has black mold growing in it and doesn't seem to have been cleaned in decades. As for the management, they are very friendly and maintenance is right there when you need them. I wouldn't stay here for a long period, but its a good place when your in a pinch.
