The staff here really does seem to care, and that's important to everyone. The groundskeeper is awesome and the maintenance men are friendly and fast. The apartments are kind of old but I'd say they're still in pretty good shape. There have a been two break ins that I know of since I moved in in December of '06, but that happens anywhere. We are leaving sometime soon simply because we no longer feel safe in this city... but not necessarily this specific complex. I have definitely had MUCH worse experiences than what I've had here!

Lots of people who don't speak english...there's the biggest complaint! It's hard to be friendly with neighbors who can't understand you.

No matter what apartments you live in, you will find many many Hispanic people, not just at Peachtree.
