lets see....the apartments are old and outdated, i recently moved out a few months ago and only owed past rent late fees and they tried to put a bill on me worth over $2000.00 and when I threatned to call the corporate office on the manager, she quickly changed her tune and charged me what i "truly" owed. so beware of being over charged when you move out, good luck!

Well, the solution to that is ,,,pay your rent on time and you won't have any past due fees..

First of all, before you try to add your two cents and respond to my comment that I posted,please learn to respond in a timely manner...that was 4 months ago, and if you leave in Peachtree NOW; I wish you the best b/c I now live in an awesome "upscale" apt complex in Plano, that runs circles around Peachtree! So keep enjoying those average apts, sweetie! Sincerly, I have spoken, so keep it movin!
