I do not recommend this Peachtree Square Apartments. The manager is a crook! From the day I picked up my keys I have had nothing but problems with the manager and staff. For whatever reason I found the manager and maint. man in my apartment one day when I returned from work- she told me that a neighbor had reported that I left my door unlocked- WHAT'''' How would my neighbor even know if I left my door unlocked (which I didn't) Additionally the maint. man tried to get my teenaged daughter to talk to him (while he was drinking a beer and appeared drunk). In any event it has not been a pleasant experience for me. I will miss the kitchen and patio area- from which I enjoy the view, but those things are not enough to keep me hear when my lease expires. (Also I have had my car broken into SEVERAL times)

Sorry, but I disagree. I was leaving one morning and left my door opened when I needed to run back into my apartment for something I left inside. The maint man was walking by and saw the door opened and loudly said "Hello, is anyone home?" He was concerned enough to make sure there was no break in. I live by myself. The maint men and groundskeeper are wonderful men.

Hey everyone...havent you noticed that anytime someone says something negative, that this mysterious "MARLARIGO" comes back to clear up and or attempt to make the apts sound like they are worth anything...Sounds like that RUDE MANAGER of Peachtree to me...its okay she has to be crooked to make sure she can keep money in her pocket..so I agree w/the negative comments, but the staff wont b/c they want to continue business and keep making $ even if it means playing dirty....what a shame!!! When your lease is up move, the apts dont offer anything but a "Bootleg" cage they call a basketball court..LOL

Hi MARLARIGO- just a thought here, if this is such a wonderful place to live why does the staff jump to the conclusion that your apartment may have been broken into? ALso- knowing the staff of the PeachTree Apartments I might caution that he may have been the one about to rob you (except that you returned home) or worse- if you have a teen-aged daughter- well- you know where I'm going with that one....

I have heard so much bad stuff about the staff and still came to live here. They are crooked! They aren't friendly whenever you bring any problems to them. They act like you don't deserve kindness. There are also a lot of breakins and no security that is here at night. They call offsite security enough when there are so many shady people roaming around the building. they didn't care about us here!
