RAT PROBLEMS!!!

THESE APARTMENTS HAVE RATS AND THE OFFICE STAFF ACT AS IF THEY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND ACT LIKE THEY DON'T CARE. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE ONLY LIVED HERE FOR GOING ON 3 MONTHS NOW AND AM LEAVING AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP. IT'S LIKE PULLING TEETH JUST TO GET QUALIFIED TO MOVE IN, BUT FOR WHAT, TO EXPERIENCE THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT. I AM A VERY UNSATISFIED RESIDENT AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE HERE.
