Peach tree square is a very nice place to live. The rent is inexpensive, the apartmants and grounds are nice looking, the staff are professional, and it is a very safe place. My apartment is quiet, and fortunately I have very good neighbors. The maintenance people are always very helpful and prompt. The only things I don't like is that at night is hard to find parking sometimes, and that the pool has been closed this late spring. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

The pool opened up late pending repairs. They made sure that everything was in top shape before allowing any tenant to possibly get hurt. I am glad that the staff is concerned about our safety.

Ok Marlarigo...they opened up late pending repairs...that is true. But in my opinion they should not have waited til the last minute to figure out that the pool needed repairing. There was no excuse for the pool being closed til Mid June. I feel they owe all residents a rebate for not supplying an amenity that they have promised. If I am one hour late on my rent I get charged the late fee but they are 2 months late opening the pool with no consequences.

My experience with Peachtree Square Apts was not a good one. The office staff was rude and unhelpful. I had property stolen, bathroom full of mold and appliances are sorry. I guess you get what you pay for. Lots of riff raff, loud music. People dig through trash everyday, fights on property,very unmanaged property. STAY AWAY
