Itold myself that I was not going to write a review,because I feel that anyone that lives here know the truth. That these apts. are simply WOUNDERFUL! The staff is great,they are kind,outgoing,and are always willing to help.This is not just an apartments here, this is home we are all like one big family.I know several people that have been here for over seven years.I ask you if they were as bad as a few people have said would we all still be here'What angered me the most is the rat comment,I have been here for almost seven years myself and have not ever seen or heard of a rat problem, which makes me want to say whats their apartment look like inside' because last time I checked rats do not just gang up on one person for no reason,maybe they should take a look at their living condition and clean their apartment instead of placing blame on others. Any future resident out there if you want to know about Peachtree Square Apts. ask the current resident we will be happy to tell,and tell you the truth !

First of all, the rat problems are an issue and has been an issue since 2004, "per the management staff." Also "per the management staff," traps have been placed all over the property due to the rat issues that have been reported. Third, "per the management staff," the rats are coming over from across the street due to all of the construction. Don't know if the office staff will admit this to you or not, but rats have been seen outside of the property in bushes and on 1st floor resident patio's. Tell you what, pretend you've seen one and complain to the office staff and see what they tell ya. A persons living conditions has nothing to do with rats. The property is dirt old, 1983????, so anything is possible. Lastly, living over 7 years in an apartment complex is a joke. What a waste of money for something you will never own. To all who's interested in this property, feel free. It's all yours. The property next door isn't Mr. Rogers neighborhood friendly either and the division of a fence is not holding anything back. Speak what's real. In Jesus name... AMEN!

It is good that you did write a review since this site is designated to help potential residents get an idea of the type of property / neighborhood they may be moving into. It sounds like your experience has been good with this complex and that is great. However, you need to remember you can only speak of your experience here. If someone has a problem with rats that you have not had, that does not mean they are lying. It is also unfair to assume that their home is dirty and nasty. Simply report the truth and let potentially new residents decide for themselves.

This property is not dirty. There is a yard man that cleans up every day. The property is landscaped once a week. It might be old, but my apartment looks new to me!!! It is a great place to live......even for 7 years. There are some people that have retired that don't want a house to have to mess with all the rooms and the outside work such as myself. Here in an apartment, everything is done for you!

This is pathetic! I don't care how old a property is, maintenance is what one should be concerned about. That's all I'M concerend about when I pay my money. That being said...I pay my money, I call for a concern, the concern is fixed immediately, I'm satisfied and I pay my rent. There is nothing wrong with living in an apt for seven years. It beats moving around from apt to apt for seven years. Many people just don't want to have to deal with the upkeep. I don't...and I could get a house. Come on, people. Let's be honest! If this place was so bad, why do I get compliments deluxe when family and friends come to visit? Examine yourself and see why you have a problem with the complex?

DO NOT BELIEVE THIS CRAP!!!! THERE IS NO WAY THESE GHETTO ASS APARTMENTS CAN BE 5 OUT OF 5!!!!! LOOK AND THINK FOR YOURSELF!!! THESE ARE PEACHTREE EMPLOYEES BOOSTING UP THERE RATINGS!!!!!! STOP THE NONSINSE AND FLAG THESE REVIEWS TO SEE THEIR TRUE RATING!!!!!!!!!!
