First of all the ladies in the office are mean. They treated me like crap and are not professional at all. second, its a high crime neighborhood. My car got broken into twice and almost stolen. third, the paint chips off the walls and the air conditioning doesnt cool down the apartment, so the electricity bill in the summer is in the $400 range, while my apartment is still hot. Some of the electrical outlets do not work. They have done water maitnance with out notifying residents. I was in the shower and the cold water stopped working leaving my skin burned. And when you complain to them, they talk down to you and threaten to evict you.

I have no idea who this person is or where this person lives but I just signed my lease for another year because I have been VERY satisfied. I'm a very particular person and will not live in crap nor refer any place that I do not trust. I trust this place and the management! BTW, I just received my electric bill and it was $58.00.

I agree with a lot of what this person says. We had the police at the complex TWICE in one week. The first time was because some people stole from Walmart and ran into the complex. I'm not sure what happened the second time, but the SWAT team was called out. The apartments are old, but as the manager herself told me,"there's a reason we're not paying $1000 a month in rent." I guess you get what you pay for. We're having problems with our air conditioning not cooling the apartment down too. Our last electric bill was $277.

Bevybaby...BTW what kind of name is that...LOL ne ways, you sure in the hell dont know what you are talking about. These apts are so out dated they were built when Jesus came out of the tomb that Easter sunday...lol but I have lived in peachtree myself and all of the bad comments posted are true. Yall live next door to some really bad, run down, section 8, looking apts. So like the other person stated...you get what you pay for and as far as you saying that you signed another lease; that's wonderful, but you could do sooo much better, and if your light bill was only $58, who do you know at the city of garland electric company...stop lying, you know your bill was more than $58...lol

She's probably a Peachtree apt. employee. How else could they have an average rating of 81%. Thats impossible for such a crap place.

Silly people are saying that A/C does not work, Paint pealing , electric sockets not working. All you have to do is tell the office and they will fix all of it. I am in a small Apt but Elec is way below $100.00.Any repairs are done quickly. The staff is friendly, but not overly friendly (read not nosey). Grounds are kept well, and recent repairs to some of the parking lot, are a good improvement. On premise security nights and weekends if anyone bothers to call. This is not a gated community so it is apt to get the same types of crimes as the general population. But there is security in numbers. Super nice pool area.

All bad reveiws are exactly what we encountered. The staff IS nosey! The office staff keeps changing their "support" staff (any clue as to why these people are leaving?!?!?!!) and they treat you poorly. They have no respect for good tenants. I have a real problem with an apartment complex knowing someone broke into cars and then not actually dishing out for onsite security. Security that you call is insufficient b/c in the 15-30 minutes it takes them to get here (they're cops roaming the streets of Garland), the criminal's already long gone. Seriously this apartment complex isn't worth the money you pay!!!!
