Except for a couple of minor complaints (of which I will mention in a moment), this apartment has met - maybe even exceeded - all expectations! I lived there for 2 1/2 years before leaving to work in another location. This has been my experience with this apartment:

The apartment staff is freindly ... maintenence responds quickly to any problems you might have ... it's very quiet ... it's clean ... it's across the street from Walmart and is close to many restaurants & fast food places ... the apartment rates are reasonable (ESPECIALLY when you consider all the positive points I've just mentioned). There really is no important issues to complain about with this apartment complex.

However, I will mention a couple of the somewhat "non-important" minor issuels that were a bit annoying to me. As someone here previously mentioned, they do seem to fairly frequently have to turn off the water to work on the water lines. I don't know why they have this problem. Maybe the water lines are old ... I really don't know. It's not like it's constantly happening, but it happens more than it should. Sometimes they let you know when the water will be shut off and sometimes they don't. Just do what I did: Be prepared by having several gallons of water stored away for if they turn off the water unexpectedly. My other minor complaint is that they always seem to close down the pool to work on it at the beginning of summer. For at least the past 2 years they have done this. Swimming season is relatively short to begin with, and delaying it several weeks to work on the pool dramatically shortens the time the residents could be enjoying the pool. My big question is: Why don't they work on the pool in the WINTER when nobody is using the pool''' Why do they wait until it is summer to work on it''' It just doesn't make sense.

Other than those above minor complaints, there is nothing really to complain about with this apartment complex. I've seen the other few complaints on this website and I have not experienced any of them (well, except for the water being turned off from time to time). And in regards to a high electric bill in which a reviewer here complained about, my electric bill very rarely was more than $50. It may have happend just a few times during the time I was there. But to be honest, I lived by myself and I rarely turned on the air conditioner or heater. (Though their were periods of time I would turn on the a/c or heater frequently over about a 2 month period).

Overall, I give Peachtree Square Apartments a 5 star rating across the board!

pool problem is definitely bad evary year it happens and sometimes for over a month into the summertime i am gonna leave when my lease is up because it is bad here water is turned off more than it should and then if you ask them to call you they say they will but never do they need nicer people in the office sheila is ok toni is horrible
