Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
1. The management company only cares about making money and not taking care of the routine maintance of the property.
2. The employee's are all worried about getting there commession check instead of taking care of their paper work such as lease agreements and moveout forms.
3. The grounds are well maintained however they would rather not spend the money to keep it looking decent.
4. The leasing agents pick the tenants they like and the rest of the tenant have to suffer.
5. The manager would rather pawn anything of great importance to anyone that would bother taking on her responabilty.
