At first they look dicent.BUT THE FIRST DAY I moved in you could hear the water pipes though the walls,AND THERE WAS A BRA ON THE TREE ACROSS MY PATIO.Parking is horrible not even a year into my lease my car was gotten broken into,Mangment doesnt care about the tenents safty after I reported the incident to the manager she commented"oh yea two other cars got broken into"like if it was a regular thing happenig!I can't believe the unforting building,managment and the maintence of the building! aND THE SUMMER IS HERE AND THE POOLS ARE ALWAYS PACKED WITH KIDS AND NO PARENTS.

I never get to go to the pool because the children there have nasty mouths and like attack each other in the pools. Some doing dives from the club house into the pool. If it makes you feel better, we first moved in and not only did we have a roach and ant problem but the previous owners left dirty thongs in the bathroom. Nice present that the apartment left for us. Kids play in the middle of the streets kicking soccer balls and hitting peoples cars. Most of the people don't speak any english or just act like they don't. Never in my life have I have a bug problem. The ants are living under our carpet. We called the apartment for the exterminator, took her forever to put us on the list because she kept forgetting, and finally puts us on and you know what they do? They stop by and give me ant traps. If it were that easy to do, but there's WAY to many of them and it needs to be sprayed. The first day we moved in we got a new vaccum and I wanted to try it out and use it. That's how we found out ants were living under the carpets. There were tons of them in there. I asked around to the rare neighbors who speak english and they have a horrible ant and roach problem. Probably from the nasty -------- who are trying to take over america.
