Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
Can't guarantee there'll be hot water tonight... nor whether they'll be electricity when you move in... If you have a maintenance problem, plan on telling the office 2 -3 times before someone comes to help... and the staff' I've seen teenagers take their jobs more seriously than these girls!
Robberies, vandalism, and all-night parties...
