I have lived here for a year, having lived in a house for many years prior, so it had been a very long time since I last lived in an apartment.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained; the staff is always pleasant and eager to help.

My family and friends who have visited are especially impressed with the pool area.
If I could change anything, I'd have new cabinets and I wouldn't be able to hear the people upstairs walking around, but I'm sure that any other place I could live would have some issue.

The Bush is close, but the noise level depends on what building you live in.

Overall, I give Seven Oaks a 95%.
