Great for the price, beautiful area.
Very safe for Garland unlike others in Garland.
Note: "Crime" can happen anywhere.
Make sure you actually walk the community, ask the staff if they live on site.
Updated Appliances w/ built in Microwave.
Work out Gym w/ Beautiful pool.
Professional Management Staff that actually live in the apartments unlike others in Garland with higher ratings.
The best in Garland and The staff are amazing.
Well worth the price unlike other apartments in Garland with old appliances.
You will be very happy at "Seven Oaks".

Wow - I am not sure I would trade the safety and security of my family for "new appliances" as you stated over and over. I looked at Seven Oaks a month ago and was shown an apartment that had new carpet - but the appliances were not new. Safety is far more important than appliances!!

Wow I'm very sure this is not someone that actually lives at Seven Oaks, this might be a manager at another community, giving everyone bad reviews because they are loosing tenants.

Once again the staff pipes in with good reviews. This place sucks and the crime is bad. The staff is very very friendly.....until you move in!!

Double Murder, Suicide....yeah crime can happen anywhere but I am not moving in with a bunch of murderers. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
