I cannot how things are at Seven Oaks currently but I feel that my opinion might be of some help to some of you. My husband and I lived on the third floor. At one point, we had neighbors who were preparing to move out. They were up at night packing (I supposed) and moving boxes out. We didn't complain because we assumed that they would be out soon. Someone else complained and said that it was us. We were written up for the violation. When we spoke to the management, they said that they had to go on the neighbors word even though the others were in fact moving. So basically, if someone makes a complaint about you you will be written up regardless of the truth of the matter.
Secondly, we paid quite a large pet and security deposit. We understood that these were to make any repairs/replacements that may be needed when we moved. Upon moving we cleaned thoroughly and disposed of all of our trash. We were then charged a huge amount. Our deposit was NOT applied to that. Why are deposits required if they are not used' We argued this point. We did pay because we did not want negative credit scores. That did not matter. They still reported it to the credit bureaus!
Please be wary of these apartments. They do have benefits but you really have to weight the pros and cons. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

you do not want to sign a lease in this complex. if you are a night person, forget doing anything that may generate a complaint or you will be evicted. This causes so much anxiety that you become constantly worried about making any noise and basically tip toe in an effort not to disturb the old timers if you are on 2nd or 3rd floor. You cannot relax in this place due to the constant worry of being evicted for even speaking too loud after 10:00 pm. Unless you are very quiet and basically do nothing but stay on the couch, not make any noise whatsoever and above all no company in the evening, find another home.
