No Major Problems Here

My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and have found Sevenoaks to be very nice.
Negatives & Positives:
Parking sucks, but we finally broke down and rented an attached garage right under our apartment. Once we got that, parking was soo much better! We are able to park one car in garage and the other in the driveway with room for 1 more car behind it. However, the office staff does not seem to be on the same page with price because we were told one price priginally, then when we asked agian we were told a lower price, so of course we paid the lower price. Well a few months later, we were billed for the difference because it was supposed to be the higher price. Luckily after my husband spoke with the manager and explained our situation she waived the past difference price, but we had to proceed paying the higher price from then on out.
As far as noise problems, we have not experienced any issues with that. Our neighbors have been very respectful and friendly.
On a side note: This is a very dog friendly apartment as well. I have a small dog and he plays a lot with the other dogs in the complex.
I think the main thing that annoys my husband and I the most is the front gate. We live in the very front, one of the first 3 buildings, so we enter from the front gate. Technically they have two gates in the front but they use only the left gate for residences to enter AND exit, which causes a lot of traffic and sometimes wrecks. They only use the right gate for visitors. There is no designated ENTER and EXIT gate, so it can be very annoying during high traffic times. Sometimes they open the right gate around 5pm in the week to help, but thats not the only time there is high traffic.
