Management staff is very self serving and unprofessional, obviously there's no dress code, and apparently anyone can work there.

It has absolutely nothing to do with being a "female hater",I love women (I'm a man), You are obviously not a good listener, you are probably the management staff responding; judging by the quick shallow response about the staff being "good looking" and not really addressing my comments. It apperars that you have indeed proved my point, hence "SELF SERVING". I'm a senior manager and have trained several good managers under me, so I certainly know a good manager when I see one. It takes real skills and a good education to be an effective manager, good looks (IF IT APPLIES)does not make for an effective manager. So maybe you should consider getting a life and an education yourself. This is why there's a less than stellar approval rating. My comments were from my observation and experience after careful consideration. I just think that the staff is self serving, just ask all of the unhappy customers. Have a good day.
