It's the 3rd time Ive read about the double murder/suicide. That is old news between a family member and family for whatever reason. It's nobody's business why personal property is in litigation. If you dont what you are talking about, dont make an idiotic comment about how you think things should be taken care of. Obviously, you are not an attorney or you would have more time on your hands. Nobody will ever know what tragedy this family was going through. however, It can happen anywhere, with anybody. If you are a resident here, you would know that this apt complex has not belonged to Lincoln in over 5 yrs. Check the crime reports for Garland with the Garland PD and you will see that this is the complex with the FEWEST reports in Garland. I live in bldg #11 and HAVE been here for several years. Its a great place to live.

...youre right, im not an attorney, but my thoughts arent idiotic if they are factual. I believe that prospective clients/future residents should know the history of this property. I am entitled to my opinion just as much as you are to yours. That is fabulous that you love living here, but some people would like to know both sides to a story. And you are correct, what happened to that family was very sad, and crime does happen anywhere, but I'd rather not be next door to it. Just like I said, I am entitled to my opinion, just as much as you are to yours.
